The State Migration Service conducted consultations for the Centres for Administrative Services of Ukraine

Today the representatives of the State Migration Service of Ukraine carried out online consultation session for Centres for Administrative Services (CAS). They provided clarifications and answered the questions related to the administrative services on issuing a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and a place of residence registration.

The speakers of the consultation session:

  • Ivan Dvoilenko, Director of Department for Information Support, Telecommunication Services and Data Protection at the State Migration Service of Ukraine
  • Mariia Garnik, Director of Department of Citizenship, Pasportisation and Registration at the State Migration Service of Ukraine
  • Olena Paliienko, Deputy Director of Department of Citizenship, Pasportisation and Registration of the State Migration Service of Ukraine
  • Olga Valetenko, Head of Unit on Temporary and Permanent Residence of Foreigners and Stateless Persons at the State Migration Service of Ukraine
  • Nataliia Shamrai, Head of All-Ukrainian Association of Centres for Administrative Services, Director of Department (Centre) for Administrative Services at Kyiv City State Administration
  • Nataliia Tkach, Deputy Director of Department (Centre) for Administrative Services at Kyiv City State Administration

The employees of Centres for Administrative Services of nine cities joined the session through the video conferencing system, namely the following: Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Lysychansk, Lutsk, Lviv, Rivne, Sumy and Kharkiv.

All-Ukrainian Association of CASs organises and implements awareness-raising measures on legislative and procedural changes for CAS employees with the support of Administrative Reform in Eastern Ukraine II Project being implemented by GIZ on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

In total, five online sessions will be conducted according to the schedule below.

The tentative schedule of online consultations for the employees of Centres for Administrative Services:

  • 27 November 2019, 11:00 – 12:00 – issuing of administrative offence reports for violating the requirements in the field of administrative services and permit system legislation (representatives of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine)
  • 4 December 2019, 11:00 – 13:00 – provision of public services: vision in the context of digital transformation (representatives of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine)
  • 11 December 2019, 11:00 – 13:00 – registration of civil status acts via Centres for Administrative Services (representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine)
  • 18 December 2019, 11:00 – 13:00 – provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine via Centres for Administrative Services (representatives of the Main Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine)

All scheduled online consultations will be streamed on the Facebook page of All-Ukrainian Association of Centres for Administrative Services. We welcome people interested to join online and prepare questions for the speakers during the relevant consultation sessions.
