E-governance Instruments

Within the framework of E-governance Instruments Component, the Project supported the development and successful implementation of e-services, which are now being used throughout Ukraine. It enabled administrations and citizens to reduce the time for administrative services and consultations.


Implemented E-governance instruments:

1. DMSU_service_bot is an e-service allowing to receive online services of the State Migration Service of Ukraine and to check the state of issuing of an ID card or a travel passport for the citizens of Ukraine.

DMSU_service_bot enables citizens to get online consultations, register in electronic queue system, track the state of issuing of biometric documents, verify the validity of documents, use a migration calculator, check the correct transliteration as well as find the regional unit of the State Migration Service by the specified code.

Administrative service: issuing of a passport of the citizen of Ukraine/ issuing of a passport of the citizen of Ukraine for travelling abroad.

The implementation of this service enabled to reduce time by 50% for administrative bodies and citizens.

2. TSNAP-SQS is a software for formation and maintenance of territorial community registry in electronic format.

TSNAP-SQS was developed to optimise the workflows, increase the number of customers and reduce the workload of the employees of Centres for Administrative Services. The use of this software provides multifunctional opportunities for efficient performance of functions by local self-government bodies in such spheres as registration/ deregistration of citizens at permanent/ temporary place of residence, issuing the reference information as well as collection, accumulation, protection, storage, record keeping, processing, using and dissemination of the information on individuals and on the relevant documents.

Administrative service: registration/ deregistration of place of residence.

The installation of the software enabled to reduce time by 65% for administrative bodies and citizens.

3. Analysis of alignment of Ukrainian national legislation with EU law provisions in the area of electronic trust services.

4. Visualisation of geospatial data:

4.1. Searching of relevant data; database generation and content management; exporting of data to other web services; online data publishing.
